In the event of a cancellation, any processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and not retained by us. Our refund policy applies to the booking amount only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to, violations of our policies, inappropriate behavior, or any other circumstance that we deem necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of our services.
